Digital life is our life connected by technology and social media. It’s how we are living today and how we will live tomorrow.
We all live with digital communication and tools every day. From cell phones, apps, TVs, games and computers, we are very plugged. Especially through the pandemic, we’ve all felt a bit too plugged in and reclaiming some unplugged time has become especially challenging.
Sometimes you may find the technology intended to help us is interfering with how you want to live. You may find that someone in the family is always playing video games or always texting or always focused on the phone. You may find your ability to engage with nondigital life difficult because of the digital world aspects in your life and your family’s life. Sometimes, digital issues emerge such as cyberbullying or sexting or harassment.
When the balance is off in your life and the digital world seems overwhelming, coaching can help you develop tools to get a more reasonable balance between your digital and nondigital life. And, if a digital issue has emerged, coaching can help trouble shoot the situation.
Each person and family’s needs are different. For some people, 2 sessions are needed and others may need more. We’ll customize a plan that is right for your digital life needs.
As with all coaching on O’Keeffe FMC, a session costs $200 per session. Package plans are available and can be developed based on your goals.
Absolutely! I want you to be comfortable with your decision to embark upon coaching. For that reason, I offer a 30minute free session. That will give us a chance to meet and for me to answer any questions you have. Click here to schedule a session that works for you.
